The Overview tab gives a quick snapshot of both process and project performance.
Processes #
- Active processes count – The number of processes currently running.
- Average steps per process – The typical number of steps in each process.
- Average teams count – The number of teams involved per process.
- Average process duration – The typical length of processes in workdays.
Projects #
- Project status distribution – A bar chart showing the number of projects that are:
- On Time
- Delayed
- On Hold
- Total number of projects tracked
- Additional statistics:
- Average days to complete projects
- Average project value (if financial tracking is enabled)
- Percentage of skipped steps
- Percentage of canceled projects
Additional Features #
- Date Range Selection – Users can filter data within a specific time period.
- Data Visualization – The chart provides a clear visual representation of project statuses.
