What is the Process Report? #
The Process Report Tab provides detailed tracking of process execution, highlighting performance trends, efficiency rates, and deviations from expected timelines.
Key Metrics #
Process Details #
- Process Name – The name of the tracked process.
- Process Code – A unique identifier.
- Version – The version of the process framework.
- Project Count – The number of projects using this process.
- Completed Count – The number of successfully finished projects.
- Canceled Count – The number of projects that were canceled.
- On-Hold Count – The number of paused projects.
Performance Metrics #
- Health Score – A metric indicating process efficiency.
- Average Step Skip Rate – The percentage of steps that are commonly skipped.
- Cancellation Rate – The percentage of projects canceled before completion.
- Average Duration – The actual time taken to complete the process.
- Default Duration – The planned time for process execution.
- Total Value – The financial impact of the process (if applicable).
- Average Project Value – The estimated value of projects following this process.
Additional Features #
