Overview #

The ProcessPlot Confluence plugin enables users to seamlessly embed their process maps directly into Confluence pages. This integration ensures that teams can easily access, view, and collaborate on processes without switching between platforms.

Installation & Setup #

To use this integration, your Confluence administrator needs to install the ProcessPlot App from the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Go to Atlassian Marketplace.
2. Search for ProcessPlot for Confluence.
3. Click Install and follow the instructions.

Once installed, the ProcessPlot macro will be available for embedding processes into pages. After installing the macro, the first time you use it, Confluence will prompt you to link your ProcessPlot account.

Embedding a Process in Confluence #

1. Open the Confluence page where you want to embed the process.
2. Click Edit Page.
3. Type /ProcessPlot and select the ProcessPlot macro.
4. Choose the process you want to embed from the list.
5. Click Insert.

The selected process will now appear on the Confluence page.

Managing Embedded Processes #

• Removing Embedded Processes: Simply edit the Confluence page, remove the macro or link, and save the changes.
• Updating Processes: Changes made in ProcessPlot will be automatically reflected in the Confluence-embedded version.
