The Saved Projects view (https://app.processplot.com/projects) in ProcessPlot provides a centralized location for managing and tracking all your saved projects. This interface is designed to give you an overview of your project portfolio, allowing you to easily filter, review, and access project details.
Overview of the Saved Projects Page #
The Saved Projects page consists of two main sections:
1. Filters Section #
The filters section at the top allows you to search for specific projects by narrowing down the list using various criteria:
- Project Name: Enter the name of the project to locate it quickly.
- Code: Use the unique project code to find a specific project.
- Owner Name: Search for projects owned by a particular team member.
- Status: Filter projects based on their current status (e.g., On Track, Delayed, Cancelled, On Hold).
Once you’ve entered your criteria, click the Apply Filter button to refine the project list below. This functionality is particularly useful when managing a large number of projects.
2. Projects Table #
The projects table displays an organized list of all saved projects. Each row provides key information about a project, including:
- Name: The name of the project.
- Code: A unique identifier for the project.
- Status: The current status of the project, such as:
- On Track: The project is progressing as planned.
- Delayed: The project is behind schedule.
- On Hold: The project has been paused. This status indicates that work on the project is temporarily stopped but may resume in the future.
- Cancelled: The project has been terminated and will not proceed further.
- Owner: The person responsible for managing the project.
- Projected End: The expected completion date for the project.
